My name is John Schroeder and I'm a musician living in Los Angeles.  I work as a session musician, perform with a variety of artists and bands, produce music, release my own music and run a small home studio. 

I'm a graduate of the USC Thornton School of Music, have toured extensively as a guitarist with artists like Frankie Valli and Pomplamoose, played in the house band on Dancing with the Stars and have released two solo guitar records as well as a multitude of music with my group the Sheriffs of Schroedingham.  I've produced two french language records for the band Pomplamoose - 'En Francais' (2020) and 'Impossible A Prononcer' (2021) - and a full length record for Nataly Dawn - 'Gardenview' (2022).  I also write music for film and tv and my work has popped up everywhere from 'Somebody Feed Phil' on Netflix to Yankees games on NBC. I also perform with and manage LA's premiere yacht rock specialists Harbor Party.
